Rock Creek Ramble Rogaine - April 9 2011 - Sprague WA

Registration is now open for the Rock Creek Ramble Rogaine!

This 12-hour cross country navigation race takes place Saturday, April 9
at Escure Ranch, near Sprague, WA in the picturesque channeled
scablands. Visit as many of 45 point-valued checkpoints as your team
can in 12 hours, 8 hours, or 4 hours. Team size is 2-5 people, but solo
participants are welcome in the 4-hour.

Discounted early registration prices are in effect through March 17, and
orienteering club members can take an additional $5 off with mail-in entry:

The terrain is open and features basalt mesas, canyons, depressions,
flats, and ponds.

We are looking at ways of incorporating navigation training before
and/or after the event to make the weekend as fun and rewarding as
possible, so let us know if this would interest you and if you have an
idea what your ideal schedule or training topics would be.

See http://www.three15er.com/rockcreekramble/ for additional information
and to register.

Also, mark your calendars for the Big Tahoma 24-Hour Rogaine, October
8-9, 2011, near Ashford, WA.
